כללי
מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע אישי נאסף באמצעות האתר saaida-law.com, לאיזו מטרה, ומהן זכויותיכם, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א-1981. בעל השליטה במידע הוא עו״ד עיסא סעאידה (להלן: המשרד), שפרטי ההתקשרות עמו מופיעים בסוף מדיניות זו.
איזה מידע נאסף
- האתר אינו דורש הרשמה, אינו שומר קובצי Cookie, אינו מפעיל כלי מעקב, אנליטיקה או פרסום, ואינו טוען רכיבים משרתים חיצוניים.
- מידע אישי מגיע למשרד רק אם תבחרו לפנות אליו: באמצעות טופס יצירת הקשר (הטופס פותח את תוכנת הדוא״ל שלכם, וההודעה נשלחת מתיבת הדוא״ל שלכם), בדוא״ל, בטלפון או ב-WhatsApp. המידע כולל את הפרטים שתמסרו: שם, טלפון, דוא״ל, נושא הפנייה ותוכנה.
- ספק אחסון האתר (Netlify) עשוי לרשום ביומני השרת נתונים טכניים, כגון כתובת IP, סוג הדפדפן ומועד הגישה, לצורכי תפעול ואבטחה.
- קישור ה-WhatsApp מוביל לשירות חיצוני, שחלה עליו מדיניות הפרטיות שלו.
האם חובה למסור מידע
אין חובה חוקית למסור את המידע; המסירה תלויה ברצונכם ובהסכמתכם. בלי פרטי קשר לא נוכל לחזור אליכם. מומלץ שלא לכלול בפנייה הראשונית מידע רגיש מעבר לנדרש.
מטרות השימוש
המידע משמש למענה לפנייתכם, לתיאום פגישה, לבחינת האפשרות לטפל בעניינכם ולמתן שירות משפטי אם יוסכם על כך, וכן לקיום חובות המוטלות על המשרד על פי דין. המשרד אינו משתמש במידע לדיוור שיווקי בלא הסכמתכם.
מסירת מידע לאחרים
המשרד אינו מוכר מידע ואינו מוסר אותו לאחרים, אלא במקרים אלה: לספקי שירות המשמשים את המשרד בפעילותו השוטפת, ובהם ספק הדוא״ל (Google) ושירות WhatsApp אם בחרתם לפנות באמצעותו, ששרתיהם עשויים להימצא מחוץ לישראל; כאשר הדבר נדרש לצורך הטיפול בעניינכם ובהסכמתכם; או כאשר הדבר נדרש על פי דין.
סודיות ואבטחת מידע
מידע שנמסר למשרד לשם קבלת שירות משפטי כפוף לחובת הסודיות החלה על עורכי דין. המשרד נוקט אמצעים סבירים ומקובלים לשמירה על המידע, ושומר אותו כל עוד הדבר נדרש לטיפול בפנייה או על פי דין.
זכויותיכם
אתם זכאים לעיין במידע שנשמר עליכם (סעיף 13 לחוק) ולבקש את תיקונו (סעיף 14 לחוק). לשם כך, ולכל שאלה בענייני פרטיות, ניתן לפנות למשרד בפרטים שלהלן.

General
This policy explains what personal information is collected through saaida-law.com, for what purpose, and what your rights are, in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981. The controller of the information is Adv. Eissa Saaida (the "office"), whose contact details appear at the end of this policy.
What information is collected
- The site requires no registration, stores no cookies, runs no tracking, analytics or advertising tools, and loads no components from external servers.
- Personal information reaches the office only if you choose to contact it: through the contact form (which opens your own e-mail application, so the message is sent from your mailbox), by e-mail, by phone or via WhatsApp. It consists of the details you provide: name, phone number, e-mail address, and the subject and content of your inquiry.
- The site's hosting provider (Netlify) may record technical data in its server logs, such as IP address, browser type and time of access, for operational and security purposes.
- The WhatsApp link leads to an external service that is subject to its own privacy policy.
Whether you must provide information
You are under no legal obligation to provide information; doing so depends on your free will and consent. Without contact details we cannot reply to you. Please avoid including sensitive information beyond what is necessary in an initial inquiry.
Purposes of use
The information is used to respond to your inquiry, to schedule a meeting, to assess whether the office can handle your matter and to provide legal services if agreed, and to comply with the office's legal obligations. The office does not use the information for marketing messages without your consent.
Disclosure to others
The office does not sell information or pass it to others, except: to service providers used in the office's day-to-day operation, including its e-mail provider (Google) and WhatsApp if you chose to contact us through it, whose servers may be located outside Israel; where required to handle your matter and with your consent; or where required by law.
Confidentiality and security
Information given to the office in order to obtain legal services is subject to the duty of confidentiality that applies to lawyers. The office takes reasonable and customary measures to protect the information and keeps it for as long as needed to handle the inquiry or as required by law.
Your rights
You are entitled to review the information held about you (section 13 of the Law) and to request its correction (section 14 of the Law). For this, and for any privacy question, please contact the office using the details below.
